Is Visual Studio 2022 supported on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise?

I want to install Visual Studio 2022 on a PC with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, and use the PC as "Development PC" and "Deployment PC".

However, I found the following negative information link.

If the following information is true, we cannot use the PC with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise as "Development PC".
