MSIX packaging tool is not capturing program files.

I am using Microsoft MSIX packaging tool(1.2023.1005.0) to create the 7ZIP MSIX package. For some reason tool is unable to capture the newly installed files in the package. Icons are also not captured. If anyone faced this issue and have workaround or any idea for this issue please let me know.
