Why am I unable to detach VMs created by the scale set in my region? Which regions are impacted?
Edit: A fix has been rolled out to address an issue that was impacting West Central US, East Asia, UK South, and North Europe regions when detaching a VM from a Virtual Machine Scale Set. Functionality while using the detach feature in impacted regions has been restored.
