Dear Support, I have downloaded the latest version of BGinfo and applied the custom settings. The preview mode is working fine; I can see the hostname and IP address in the right-bottom corner. However, when I run the batch file "c:\temp\BGInfo\Bginfo64.exe" "c:\temp\BGInfo\test.bgi" /silent /nolicprompt /timer:0, it is not working. Note: I observed that when I ran the custom script in preview mode, I could see the values, but the other desktop icons were hidden. When I clicked 'OK,' the custom values disappeared, and the desktop icons reappeared. is this expected? I have also given full permissions to the folder and even tried executing the batch file with admin rights, but the issue still persists. GPO settings: User's image

Kindly refer to the BGInfo documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/bginfo) for detailed explanations of various options and troubleshooting steps.

Try running BGInfo directly (C:\temp\BGInfo\Bginfo64.exe "C:\temp\BGInfo\test.bgi") instead of using a batch file to isolate any scripting issues.
