What do I need to be able to access all my email accounts added in Outlook from everywhere (mix of Exchange, pop, imap etc.)? Would it be accomplishable with MS 365 alone or would something like Windows 365 be required?

    Hi @Lennart Svensson ,

    Thanks for your reply!

Some kind of cloud service is certainly required, but would Microsoft/Office 365 be enough? Just to clarify, I have +10 different email accounts configured in my present installation of Outlook 365.Since Outlook now kan keep its settings in the cloud, my hope is that locally configured accounts may be moved/synced to the cloud as well

Do you want to access every accounts in several devices?

If so, we can add the accounts as Exchange type in Outlook, so that the date of each account will be synced.

So, is Windows 365 with an installation of Outlook (including all these different email accounts) my only cloud based option then?

I repeat... Are there any alternatives to Windows 365?
