Unable to update DOT NET Framework 4.7.2 from DOT NET Framework 4.6.2.

I am trying to update DOT net framework from DOT NET Framework 4.6.2. to 4.7.2 but I am unable to. I am getting the following error HRESULT 0x800f081e. This is on Windows server 2016. I need to install DOT NET Framework 4.7.2. In order to install SQL 2022. User's image

    It is recommended that you install .NET Framework 4.7.2 by installing the Windows update.

    Check .NET Framework 4.7.2 is available on Windows Update, WSUS and MU Catalog to find and install the appropriate Windows update.
