When a user opens Outlook or any Office App on their desktop, it request they sign-in then locks up. They can sign into the office 365 portal without issue. Items Tried So Far with no Luck

  1. Cleared cached Credentials in Credential Manager
  2. New Outlook profile
  3. Signing out of any accounts tied to their mailbox Gmail etc..
  4. Tried running Outlook in safe mode
  5. Uninstalled Reinstalled Office (latest version)
  6. Downloaded and ran the troubleshooting tool for o365
  7. Account works on their mobile phone without issue. Does not have access to another computer to test this on. Thoughts????

Found the user's personal email was trying to log into their work account. Going to Settings -> Account ->Email & Accounts and removing their personal account and adding their work account corrected the issue.
