Sharepoint 2013 Migration - fails with "Invalid Site URL" x0201000F

I am trying to use the Sharepoint Migration Tool (v4.1.125.8) to migrate a site (and subsites) over to Sharepoint Online. The process kicks off fine but then fails with the following: "b9144e65-a018-4d9c-87a0-8d1d3323d75b","Invalid site URL 'https://our2013sharepointurl.com/sites/MainSite/SubSite'","ACTION_STOP","0x0201000F" This site is accessible via a browser and looks perfectly fine so I am confused with the Invalid Site Url message. How can I further troubleshoot ? The information in the logs is very limited. Kind Regards AC

    Hi @Andrew,

Thank you for posting in this community.

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

So, please kindly provide more information below to let us work further.

1.Please try to access the subsite with the account you logged into the SharePoint migration tool and see if you can access it successfully.

2.You can try migrating this subsite alone to see if the problem persists. Sometimes migration tools have this problem when migrating subsites.

    Hi Andrew,

I had the same problem and it was because at tenant level, creation of subsites was disabled. When the administrator enable it, it worked. User's image

    I hope it helps.
