What does this error mean and how can I resolve this in SharePoint Server 2019?

    Please go to Central Administration -> Manage Services on Server -> Chech whether Distributed cache service is started.

    If Distributed cache service is not started, start it.

    Or you could run the following command: Add-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance to verify that the Distributed Cache service is started.
