I have come across an issue with my email. The email service provider is google/gmail. I use outlook as the email client by importing with POP/IMAP. I have used this method for years with no issue.

Recently, when my boss sends an email (his email is on the same domain as mine, and he is also on gmail, using outlook as the email client with POP/IMAP), it sends him the following undeliverable notice:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.        Subject:     TEST      Sent:  2/12/2024 11:47 AM   The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:       'sxxxxx@xxx. com' on 2/12/2024 11:47 AM            503 5.5.1 specifications. t18-20020a0568301e3200b006e2ec0c2c70sm147052otr.78 - gsmtp Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi @Scott Ranft

Emails forwarded from work colleagues to my email are undeliverable.

By " forwarded", do you mean the issue only occurs when your colleagues like your boss trying to forward a message they received to you? In other words, if they create a new mail and send it directly to you, can you receive the mail?
Can you receive mails sent by others successfully?
And can your work colleagues send mails to others as usual?

Besides, to help eliminate whether the issue is related to any configuration on the senders' client side, it's recommended to ask a work colleague to send a test email from web mail and see if the message can be sent and received as expected.

If the issue remains on the web mail, it's likely needs to be troubleshooted further from the email server side, so you can try contacting the Gmail for more help regarding this.

If it works fine when sending from the web mail, you can ask one of your colleagues to create a new Outlook profile and adding the Gmail account using instructions in this link and see if it can help.
