If you are able to, it means you can establish the basic SMB connection to the NAS drive. 2.Try to open other type of file and see if the same issue persists. 3.Try to open the file from other Windows clients and see if the same issue persists. 4.Please try to switch to another network connection and access the NAS drive again.
