Microsoft Authenticator Not Syncing All Accounts After Factory Reset

I experienced a loss and subsequent factory reset of my phone. Upon reinstalling Microsoft Authenticator, I noticed an issue: only one of my several accounts used for token generation was restored, even though I made sure to log in with the same Microsoft account and had cloud backup enabled. This was puzzling, especially since Google Authenticator successfully restored all associated tokens without any hitch. Is there a way to recover the rest of my accounts in Microsoft Authenticator? I've already checked my account and backup settings but to no avail. Any guidance or additional steps to resolve this sync issue would be highly appreciated, as these accounts are essential for accessing various services.
