having issues when sending large files in Outlook

    A quick google indicates that the problem might be your PST has reached the max size limited allowed. You might want to check that. You might need to clean out your sent/deleted folders.

    Also note that we don't know what you mean by "large files" but many mail servers won't allow a total attachment size of about 25 MB. Outlook client, based upon this quick google is 10MB. So if you need to routinely do this then consider using a file sharing service instead which works around the attachment limit and reduces the amount of space your PST needs.

    Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client?

    If so, in order to further confirm the issue, it's suggested that you could log in to your web mail and try to send the same attachment to check if there're any differences.

    If you can send the same attachment on web mail, considering the impact of Outlook data file, agree with Michael Taylor, it's suggested that you could try to reduce the size of it.

    If the issue persists, considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
