Hi,
When deploying printers via Windows Server 2019 and encountering issues where the shared printers don’t appear in users’ printer lists, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:
-Check Printer Browsing Settings:
Ensure that the Printer Browsing setting is configured correctly. If enabled, the print subsystem announces shared printers for printer browsing. If disabled, shared printers won’t be added to the browse list if a Directory service is available.
-Verify Printer Drivers:
Make sure you’re using the most current printer drivers. Some older drivers may not work correctly. If possible, use the latest drivers recommended by the print server.
