No more PostScript Printing via MS Remote Desktop in MacOS Sonoma?

With Sonoma bringing about the demise of PostScript printing, we now are unable to print shipping labels to our Zebra ZM400 thermal transfer printer from Macs that have been upgraded. We utilize a cloud-hosted WMS which runs on Windows Server 2016. Our users access the WMS by connecting to an RDP workspace. They make use of printer redirection to generate 4x6 receiving or shipping labels. A custom PostScript page size is configured in the user's Windows Server environment to ensure proper output from the redirected label printer. Has anyone found a solution to regain control of the page dimensions/orientation for a redirected Mac Sonoma printer? Perhaps a newer version of Windows Server (from this decade) would be helpful?
