If you are getting OOM exception, then I will suggest to first validate whether you are using the latest version of service bus SDK as documented here as I do see issue in the previous version of SDK as per this and it may be related to your issue as well.
In case if you are already migrated to the latest version or still observing the same issue post migration to the new SDK then either you can create an issue here with your complete code reproducing the issue and with what version (should be latest version) of SDK so the SDK team can review and reproduce the issue at their end. Alternative you can also create a support ticket with us so the team can review and reproduce the issue.
