    Hi @ محمد الزعبي,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Do you have any anti-virus software or network group policy on your machine?

    Please try the following:

    1. Ensure that your network connection is stable (try to change to use another network if possible, for testing).
    2. Change the WIFI network profile setting from public to private.
    3. Uncheck Synchronized Visual Studio settings across devices under Tools > Options > Environment > Accounts.
    4. Go to Tools > Options > Environment > General > uncheck “Automatically adjust visual experience based on client performance” and “Use hardware graphics acceleration if available”.
    5. Go to Tools > Options > Environment > Extensions > uncheck all “Automatically check for updates” settings.
    6. Disable or uninstall the installed extensions under Extensions > Manage Extensions > Installed.
    7. You can create a new project and check if the issue occurs in specific project.
    8. You can install VS2022 and check if there is the same issue.

    Sincerely,

    Anna
