Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server Sudden Big Drop of Memory Percent

I have a hosted pgsql database and 2 days ago the performance dropped significantly. I checked query insights but nothing signficant there. When checking Memory and CPU percent i noticed that around the time the issue started, memory usage dropped from 40% to as low as 12% Also read/write throughput dropped spiked during the same time the issue started What could be done in to diagnose/track the cause of the issue (apart from checking queries insights)? memorydrop
