Creating a team in Teams Admin Center will make the team appear under "Deleted groups" in 365 Admin portal

Hello,

I have a lab tenant. As a GA, when I try to create a team in Teams Admin Center, I get this message:

When I check my teams under "Manage teams" the list is empty:

When I check "Deleted groups" in the 365 Admin portal, the team will be shown there:

If i check the AuditLogs in Azure, I see that it has been deleted:

I have been able to create teams before without any problems.

I also know that when you create a team, a sharepoint site will be created as well for that specific team.

I first thought it was something with that, but I've tried different names so it wouldn't be anything that's "blocking" the name/team that I am creating.

Any tips or pointers would be very much appreciated.

Is it possible to create a team in the Teams desktop client or web client?

According to our tests, the team can be successfully created in the Teams admin center. You can try to exit the Teams admin center, clear the browser cache and log in again.

If the problem is still not resolved, try creating a team using the Teams desktop client or web client.
