I tried and it didn't work. The same error message pops up as before. I wonder if those versions work together.

VS 2022 Windows: 17.9.1

VS 2022 Mac: 17.6.9 (build 415)

Both machines have SDK 8.0.101 installed

Updated: I have found a work around from this thread, and it is able to connect to the physical iOS device from Mac.

I saw it deployed successfully to the Mac, and the app also opened the splash screen. After that, it stopped suddenly. I can confirm the app works fine when deploying directly on Mac. Below is the log:

I've just installed VS 17.9.5 that was offered up on 4/1/24. I am still experiencing the same error as detailed above. Also if I attempt the workaround, there is no Xamarin directory in the Caches folder so I cannot attempt the fix. The emulation used to work fine until now two updates ago. I am unsure of the version in which it worked.
