Based on my researching, there is no related feature in Intune can achieve this, however, we can create a script to clear browser cache & cookies.

Here are some steps you can refer.

1.Create a .ps1 file and upload into Intune.

2.In the script settings page, configure as follows.

3.Assign it to user group and deploy it.
