SCOM 2022 UR2 Installation Error - 1603

Question

I am trying to install SCOM 2022 UR2 on my management servers but it's giving me an error message on very first step. Please help me in this regard. I am trying to install via exe (KB5031649-amd64-Server.exe). If I run msp for server, it doesn't do anything, no message, no error. Please help me in this regard:

Upon looking at the Setup log, here are the error codes:

I was trying the EXE file on the management servers. Apparently, it was blocked by Windows defender. Once the servers put under Audit mode, I was able to install the exe file.

So all good now. SCOM 2022 Environment has been updated to UR2
