Price discrepancy between Microsoft Website and Microsoft Store

I just foolishly bought a Windows 11 Pro licence on the website via my account. After my purchase of 250€ via the website I saw that through the Microsoft store I would have only payed 150€. Now, I cannot really grasp why exactly I payed 100€ which isn't exactly little money more while going through the same retailer for the same product. I honestly feel like I was either too stupid to check cause obviously the same company would sell it's products through different channels at different prices or I just got mildly robbed.

    Hi Luca,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. You may have purchased the same product from different channels, resulting in price differences. This may be caused by sales policies, promotional activities, or specific sales channels. We suggest that you compare and confirm that you have chosen the most favorable option before purchasing any products in the future. If you are not satisfied, you can try contacting the seller or relevant department to see if there are any solutions.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
