How we can download an image with png format in Power Apps

The Power Apps screen has a text label control, an Add picture control, and a Button control. My requirement is that when the user adds text, it will be added inside the picture control, and if the user clicks on the download button, then the image will download in PNG format along with the text.

Still, I don't know how to achieve this requirement. Could you please give any suggestions?
