    Hi There,

I understand. Issues with receiving emails from on-prem users can stem from various factors. Here are some common ones, along with possible fixes:

DNS Configuration: Ensure that your DNS records, particularly MX (Mail Exchange) records, are correctly configured to point to your mail server. Incorrect DNS settings can lead to email delivery failures. Verify the MX records in your domain's DNS settings.

    1. Firewall or Network Configuration: Check your firewall settings to ensure they're not blocking incoming emails from on-prem users. Network configurations or firewall rules sometimes inadvertently block certain types of traffic. Review your firewall settings and network configurations to ensure they allow inbound email traffic.
    2. SPAM Filters: Emails from on-prem users might get caught in your SPAM filter. Check your SPAM filter settings to see if emails from the on-prem domain are being flagged as SPAM. Whitelisting the domain or adjusting the SPAM filter settings can resolve this issue.
    3. Recipient Mailbox Full: New emails won't be delivered if the recipient's mailbox is full. Check the mailbox quota, clear out unnecessary emails, or increase the mailbox size if needed.
    4. Mail Server Issues: Your mail server might be experiencing downtime, maintenance, or configuration errors. Monitor the health of your mail server and investigate any reported errors or alerts. Restarting the mail server or consulting with your IT administrator may help resolve server-related issues.
    5. Email Client Configuration: Ensure your email client or application is configured correctly to receive emails. Check the email account settings, including server addresses, ports, and authentication credentials.

DNS Blacklisting: Your mail server's IP address might be blacklisted by certain email providers or spam monitoring services. Check if your IP address is listed on any DNS-based blacklists (DNSBL) and take steps to remove it if necessary.

Email Routing Configuration: Verify that the email routing configuration on both the sender and recipient sides is accurate. Misconfigured email routing settings can lead to emails being routed incorrectly or not delivered at all.

Please check these common issues and implement the corresponding fixes as needed. If the problem persists, please provide additional details for further assistance.

    Best regards,
