    Hi ,

Check if you have necessary permissions in your pay as go subscription to register the Azure Machine Learning resource provider. You can do this by going to the Azure portal, selecting your subscription, and checking the "Access control (IAM)" settings. Make sure that your account has the "Owner" or "Contributor" role assigned to it.

    Hello karthik g

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A Community Support.

The first issue you are facing is as a result of the providers not being registered. You need to do this by accessing the the Resource Provider blade under your Subscription to register those providers

Screenshot of the Azure portal displaying a subscription's settings, highlighting the 'Resource providers' option.

Click on this link to get more information. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/troubleshooting/error-register-resource-provider?tabs=azure-portal

However, I also noticed that you are not able to complete this. To be able to register the providers, you must have permission to do the /register/action operation for the resource provider. The permission is included in the Contributor and Owner roles. Learn more by accessing this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/resource-providers-and-types

Let me know if further assistance is required.

Please see step 5 in below document for the detailed steps. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/resource-providers-and-types#azure-portal

Note: This is a one-time activity so you may ask the admin/owner as well.
