.Net 3.5 installation error code 0x80070020

Question

I've been trying install .Net 3.5 in order to even open the sims 3 launcher. At first i was getting the files not found error, so i tried the offline installer and am now getting error code 0x80070020, which is saying "process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." Is anyone able to help?

Hi @Spencer Saude ,

Try Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel.

You may need your Windows 10 update to the latest version.
