@Sanjana Patil,Thanks for posting in Q&A.
From your description, I know you are looking for guidelines for Android enrollment.
Based on my research, Microsoft Intune will end support for Android device administrator management on devices with access to Google Mobile Services (GMS) in the future. Therefore, it is suggested that you enroll into Intune using Android enterprise.
Firstly, there are some Intune requirements you should meet.

And then here are some Android device enrollment guidelines you can refer.
- BYOD: Android Enterprise personally owned devices with a work profile
- Android Enterprise corporate owned dedicated devices (COSU)
- Android Enterprise corporate owned fully managed (COBO)
- Android Enterprise corporate owned work profile (COPE)
Please note that you should connect your Intune account to your Managed Google Play account before you can create work profile.

Hope above information can be helpful, if there is any unclear, feel free to let me know.
