How can I log in to my work email

I have an outlook email account for work, I have an authenticator app on my phone, I have put in the codes. I continue to get the message: To access your service, app, or website, you may need to sign in to Microsoft Edge browser profile using ******@piedmont.org. Learn More I have signed in to Microsoft Edge. Now what?

Based on the error and website you provided, i found that if access is blocked, you have to switch to the required profile or create a profile with a matching identity. Select Switch Edge profile and Microsoft Edge will guide you through the sign-in process.

Please check if the account you used to sign in Microsoft Edge is correct.
