Dear Azure Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue I have encountered while attempting to create an Azure account.

Despite using several different cards for the account creation process, I consistently receive an error message stating that the information does not match the card details. This has been a persistent issue, and I am unable to proceed further.

Could you kindly delete any stored information related to this process so that I may re-enter my details? I believe this could potentially resolve the issue at hand.

I would like to express my enthusiasm for Microsoft and Azure. However, the difficulties I am experiencing with account creation are becoming discouraging, and I find myself considering other cloud providers with more straightforward account creation processes.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that will allow me to utilize Azure’s services.
