i have 1 audiocodes SBC integrated with MS teams and ZOOM. this integration has been done 1 yr ago and everything was working fine untill 1 April. all of a sudden MS teams proxy IP's show as offline in the SBC and on the microsoft portal it shows SIP Options Warning. MS Teams > SBC calls work fine but SBC > MS teams are not working. i can see TLS connection going fine, but i cannot see any SIP options from MS teams or getting the 200 OK. since this configuration has been working im inclined to think something must have changed on the MS teams side. but how can i validate this. MS Teams support want me to make test calls but the test calls wont hit MS teams from the SBC.

NB: NAT configs and routing are all fine, there is no issues there and ZOOM is working fine on the same SBC.

    Hi @Andrew K

To troubleshoot direct routing issues, you can contact your administrator to run the diagnostic tool in the Microsoft 365 admin center to verify that users have correctly configured direct routing in Microsoft Teams.

For more information about the most common errors and recommended actions for further troubleshooting, see Microsoft and SIP response codes.

According to your description, the problem occurred after April 1st. This may be caused by the update of New Teams. Please try to reconfigure the integration of Teams and SBC.

It seems like a certificate issue; TLS connection is dropped after you sent the certificate. I know this is an old post, I just wanted to know what happened.
