
Unable to use SMTP from newly created email accounts on copier

Newly created email accounts do not work with SMTP from RICOH copiers, previously created ones do without issue, SMTP is enabled on these new accounts, Multi-Factor is turned off, able to sign into them on the web but cannot send email from copier. However, an email account, with all the same settings created 6 months ago works like a champ.
What am I missing?
I have tried to find a powershell command to compare the new one to an old one, but cannot find anything that will compare ALL account aspects.
