Application Crashed Caused by Clr.dll, Exception Code is C00000fe

Question

When application runs in new computers, it crashed almost at the same time . and have no dump file, the systemlog report error.

ErrorDescription is following:

Do you mean this app works fine on your old PC?

Then try the steps below on your new PC：
