    Hi Marko

Have you tried to set a another background image or maybe change Windows Themes? Does that work or is it the same issue?

    Best regards

    Hello,

To troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Boot your PC into Safe Mode. To do this, press and hold the Shift key while clicking the Restart button in the Start menu. This will bring up the Advanced Startup Options menu, where you can select Safe Mode.
    2. Once you're in Safe Mode, try running a system file check to see if there are any corrupted files that need to be repaired. To do this, open the Command Prompt as an administrator and type "sfc /scannow" and press Enter.

3.Run Windows Memory Diagnostic: Faulty RAM can cause BSODs. To run the diagnostic tool, press Win+R, type mdsched.exe, and hit Enter. Choose to restart your PC and check for problems.

4.Update Graphics Drivers: Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can cause crashes. You can update your drivers through the Device Manager.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
