It doesn't mean anything. It's a randomly generated suffix - which ensures that the full name is unique

    Hello,

The last 8 digits on a computer name are randomly generated by Windows during the installation process. They are used to ensure that each computer on a network has a unique name. If you reinstall Windows on a computer, the last 8 digits of the computer name may change because Windows generates a new random name during the installation process.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
