Multiple forms with common buttons

I need to create multiple winforms in an application with two buttons previous and next. When I click on the next button in a form the next form should open up. Similarly when I click on previous button previous form should open up. I don't want to create previous and next button in all the forms. any idea how to achieve this?

What you are looking for is a custom control in winform.

You can create a user control and put the controls you want into it.

This is called a Wizard

Is it possible to achieve this without wizard form?

I have an application which has a main form. This main form has a grid which has a list of tool options. Each tool option in the grid when double clicked opens up a new child form. The child form is unique to each tool option. my requirement is

I should have Previous, Next, Cancel, ok button in all child forms. When I click previous button in one child form, it should open up a child form of a tool option which is in the grid just above the currently selected tool option. Likewise next button should open up child form of next tool option in grid. Ok and cancel should close the childform.

All these child forms apart from previous, next, cancel & ok button has other controls in common(eg. openfiledialog, savefiledialog, gridcontrol etc. Is it possible to create a parent control which has all these common controls in it so that each child form makes use of this parent control? or is there any other way to achieve this?

when I create all these controls in each child form, then this would cause a lot of code duplication as I have around 40 tool options. Is there a way to achieve this with minimal code.
