The spfx webpart works well for more than one year. And we failed to load the webpart in a new site. Please look at the following error

[SPLoaderError.loadComponentError]: ***Failed to load component "9951b316-c8f2-4e27-887a-b7a46b3e94a0" (ContosoSPFxWebPart). Hi @luee johnlu,

You could check following steps to fix the issue.

    1. You could check the versions of the tool. There is a great node version manager aka NVM tool that allows you to use multiple independent node versions. To successfully run this webpart, you could try node 10.24.1:
         > node --version
         v10.24.1
         > npm ci
         > npm i -g gulp-cli
         > gulp serve

    2. Check the module name is set in config.json during generation. The localizedResources object is a dictionary of module names and the relative path to the file containing the strings. (If you add any of the community controls or property controls to your project, you will see multiple entries.)
         "localizedResources"
