May I ask you when the small and large embedding models (text-embedding-3-large, text-embedding-3-small) will be available in the switzerlandnorth Region?

As of now, the text-embedding-3-large model is not currently available in Europe.
Microsoft Azure is constantly updating and expanding its services, so it is possible that the model will be made available in Europe in the future.

You can keep an eye on the Azure OpenAI Service release notes for updates on What's new in Azure OpenAI Service and Azure OpenAI Service models page will be updated accordingly
