We have a Terminal server with Office M365 deployed which included Outlook, Word and Excel only using the deployment tool and custom file.

We now want to add PowerPoint, so we made the change to the XML file to remove PowerPoint as an exclusion, ran the setup.exe /download xxx.xml and the setup.exe /configure xxx.xml. We can see the install progress but it does not instal PowerPoint.

    Hello,

    Here are some tips:

    1. Check your event log for any errors or warnings.
    2. If nothing stands out, enable logging during setup with (--log <path>) and search the log for clues.
    3. Verify that your Office and PowerPoint versions are compatible.
    4. Examine your network status; consider using a tool like Wireshark to capture and analyze the network log for issues.
