Issues with log in ESI website

Hi,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to request a resolution to singing up issues with Microsoft ESI certification website. I'm using my work email to log in, I have successfully logged in before. However, for some reasons when I try to schedule my exam I have this repetitive notification of logging in (when I'm already logged in). I have this error message "you have no acces" and you can see the info. down below. I hope you can take a look into this, solve the problems.
