Switching sheets shortcut doesn't work on Office

I have Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021. For some unknown reason the shortcut "Ctrl + page down/up" doesn't work. I've tried reinstalling microsoft office two times already but the shortcut still doesn't work and i need it for my work. Could you please find a solution to this problem? Thank you.

Did you check if <PageDown> and <Ctrl+PageDown> work in other programs (browser, for example)?

Hello Viorel, in fact 'control page down' does not do anything on my browser as well. Is it a shortcut to scroll down a page? But <FN + page down> works for me but it doesn't seem to help because it still doesn't work on excel.

I finally found the problem. The shortcut is <FN + Ctrl + Pg Down> and not < Ctrl + Pg Down>.

Please refer to Viorel's suggestion first.

Go to Word > File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Keyboard shortcuts Customize, you can assign "Ctrl+Page Down" to the NextPage command, and assign "Ctrl+Page Up" to PrevPage.

Hello Jiajing Hua-MFST, your recommandation works but on WORD and my problem was on excel. Is there anyway to access "Keyboard shortcuts Customize" from Excel? Thank you in advance.
