Hi there, I'm trying to make a Logic Apps flow which: When a new email with attachments arrives For each attachment Create blob of that attachment's contents The problem I have is the Blob Content - when using "Current Item" from the For control object I only receive the meta data about the object, not the file's contents. Could someone please let me know how I can store the actual contents? I see that you have used the current item of the for loop, but you should use the Attachment Content. For each loop you should use the Attachments and make sure you have selected Yes to Include the attachments. I see that you have used the current item of the for loop, but you should use the Attachment Content.

For each loop you should use the Attachments and make sure you have selected Yes to Include the attachments.

Thank you! I've run into issues with this approach:

Using the "Create blob (V2)" action, when I enter the value "Blob name" of "Dynamic content>Attachments Name", two nested "For each" controls are created. For the "Select An Output From Previous Steps" field, the outer For each uses "value", the inner For each uses "Attachments":

When running this, the first For each (which uses "value") errors, with the below:

{"code":"InvalidTemplate","message":"Unable to process template language expressions for action 'For_each_1' at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language expression 'triggerBody()['value']' cannot be evaluated because property 'value' doesn't exist, available properties are 'Id, DateTimeReceived, HasAttachment, InternetMessageId, Subject, BodyPreview, Importance, ConversationId, IsRead, IsHtml, Body, From, To, Cc, Bcc, ReplyTo, Attachments'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions for usage details.'."}

This implies there is an issue with the auto-created "value" for each loop. I can't remove this loop without deleting the "Create blob (V2)" action, and so am unable to proceed.

Would you be able to provide any guidance please?

@Richard Jackson Thanks for your response. Looks like you are using the standard logic app and I do see the same behavior at my end. As the trigger has split on property so it is creating two loops. I will file a bug from the portal for the team to review it further.

As a workaround you can either fallback to legacy designer follow this link or refer to the below gif to move the for each action outside the for each 1 action, delete the for each 1 action and validate all the parameter are set correctly as I shared previously, or you can set the same as per the gif.
