I have made approval workflow for Sales Quotes. The approver is receiving the email but cannot approve or cancel it.

I must be missing something in the set ups but could not figure out what.

Can you please help me.

    Whether workflows in the SharePoint server or flows in the SharePoint online?

    Could you provide some screenshots about approval request settings and results.

    You could check whether the approver has at least Approve permission for the site collection.
