I have paid 1$ for the azure to use 200$ credit but I can't use please fix this glitch

I paid azure 1$ to get 200$ credit but I didn't receive that credits to use. i will show the payment transaction receipt.

    Navigate to "Subscriptions" to check the status of your subscription. Ensure that your subscription is active and that the credit has been applied. If your subscription status is correct, and you still don't see the credits contact Azure support
    Navigate to "Help + support" in the Azure Portal, and submit a billing support request explaining your situation.
