I have the above error when I rebuild a solution. I used Resource Monitor to see who has the file in question (ABC.exe type) and it shows nobody has it. Following this issue's comments from others, I see no solution.

Hello, what is the project type? Could you create a new project and check that it works properly?
You can close all running VS instances and manually delete the hidden .vs folder in the project folder. Then, run the VS as administrator and rebuild it again.
