1,Have you set maintenance window? If yes, for your software update deployment check these tabs and settings:
Deployment Settings: Type of deployment: Required
Scheduling: Set an appropriate Installation Deadline according to your policy
User Experience: Under Deadline behavior check "Software updates installation)
This will allow updates to install outside of a maintenance window after the deadline has passed.
2,You can choose a few clients to troubleshoot the issue. Please check the UpdatesDeployment.log, UpdatesHandler.log, CAS.log, and ContentTransferManager.log, follow this guidance to troubleshoot:
