Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I would like to enable Enable OME encryption button in Outlook,

Have followed several TIDs and guides from Microsoft and others on enabling the OME encryption button in Outlook 365.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/manage-office-365-message-encryption

https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-enable-configure-ome-outlook-message-encryption-valentin-nadhe

https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/security-compliance-and-identity/encrypt-button-disappearing-...

We just need the "Encrypt" button in the new email window.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

    Welcome to our forum!

For better research, please provide more details about this case:

Did you do anything before this issue occurred?

What is your client version? (File>Office account>About Outlook)? And I suggest that you can update Outlook client to the latest version.

What subscription services do you have?

As far as I know, this feature is available only to Microsoft 365 Subscribers for Windows desktop clients. More information, see: Encrypt email messages.
