How to install a customized Word add-in app and run it properly?

I may have finished my customized app as a Word add-in. I have published it for the first time, installed it, ran Microsoft Word, and I get this error message while using the customized add-in app.
With any help from anyone, I would like to have this resolved soon before I can freely distribute it online for other users to download for profit.
