We have been hit with pixel.mathtag and it is hijacking our browsers but not doing anything other than spreading to all of our devices. It hits about 8 per day, since last Wednesday. It does not collect any data or attack anything it just hijacks the browser but does not even redirect the browser. No pop ups or nothing. I think this is why Defender does not see it, catch it or isolate it. I was sent an admin notice that said, "Microsoft 365 Defender has detected a security threat in your environment. I blocked the URL and IP address it was connecting to and that has led to other notifications of now 30 users it has infected. How do I get rid of it and why has defender not caught it? Any help is appreciated.

Here are two of the Processes Defender Reported
