Based on my understanding of the issue, you're practicing the following Learning Path exercise.
- Topic: AZ-104
- Learning Path: AZ-104: Prerequisites for Azure administrators
- Module: Introduction to Bash
- Unit: 7 of 9: Exercise - Use Bash and grep to filter CLI output
- Check for typos and syntax errors: Ensure there are no spelling mistakes or syntax errors in the commands you are entering. [Simply copy and paste the command by clicking the copy option].
- Update Azure CLI: Run
az --version
to check your Azure CLI version and update it if necessary, usingaz upgrade
- Check Network Connectivity: Ensure you have a stable internet connection since the Azure CLI communicates with Azure services online.
- Refer to Official Documentation: Use the official Azure CLI documentation for the latest and most accurate command usage.
If everything is correct, the commands should work as expected, and you should see the filtered lists of VM sizes.
For reference, we also tested it on our end, and it's working fine without any issues:
